To open an account with w4444, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Each individual may hold only one active account on the w4444 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, w4444 will close all associated accounts, void any pending or outstanding wagers, and may forfeit all balances at its discretion.
CNIC Verification: w4444 requires CNIC-based identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This verification must be completed within 30 days of account registration. Accounts that remain unverified after 30 days may have withdrawal functionality suspended pending completion of KYC.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w4444 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. w4444 will treat any action taken using your login credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact w4444 support immediately at [email protected].
You are obligated to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Any changes to your name, address, contact details, or payment methods must be reported to w4444 support promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or temporary account restrictions.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. w4444 will notify the Member by email prior to implementing any dormancy fees or restrictions. Dormancy administration fees, where applicable, will be deducted from the dormant account balance on a monthly basis after the dormancy period commences. The fee schedule is available on request from w4444 support.
You may request closure of your w4444 account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your designated withdrawal method following completion of applicable KYC requirements.
w4444 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Pakistani Members:
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into the account, or to a verified payment method registered in the Member's own name. w4444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. USDT withdrawals are typically processed within 4 hours. Currency: All transactions on the w4444 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are charged by w4444 on PKR transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
Members may set voluntary deposit limits on their accounts at any time through the Responsible Gaming section of the account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by w4444 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In all cases, the following general principles apply:
Wagering requirements specify the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before associated winnings become withdrawable. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of winnings is permitted. w4444 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting mathematical advantages in games with low house edge to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or using promotional offers in a pattern inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
Anti-Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where such exploitation is identified, w4444 may close the account, void all bonus-related winnings, and return only the Member's original deposited Real Money Balance.
All wagers placed on the w4444 Platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is the Member's responsibility to verify the details of any wager — including stake amount, selection, and odds — before confirming. w4444 does not accept responsibility for wagers placed in error by the Member.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the w4444 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by w4444 from time to time. w4444 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on specific Members where it deems necessary for risk management purposes.
In the event of a technical error, data feed interruption, game malfunction, or obvious error in displayed odds or game parameters, w4444 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to Members' accounts. Where a game error results in an obviously incorrect payout — including a payout that is clearly inconsistent with the rules of the game — w4444 reserves the right to correct the error and recover any incorrectly paid amounts.
Sports betting on the w4444 Platform, including PSL cricket betting, is governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, competition, and market type. These rules are accessible from within the sportsbook. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or result that falls outside standard settlement criteria, w4444's trading team will apply rules consistent with industry standard practices. In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time at w4444's discretion.
PSL Cricket: w4444 offers extensive PSL and international cricket betting markets including match winner, top batsman, player performance props, and live in-play markets. All cricket bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. No responsibility is accepted for third-party data errors prior to official result declaration.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w4444 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w4444 shall not be liable to any Member for:
w4444's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding any bonus funds.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits w4444's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
w4444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and w4444. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected by w4444 includes registration information, KYC documentation, financial transaction records, gaming history, and communications with support. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and where you have opted in, send promotional communications.

w4444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Members' rights or obligations — w4444 will provide at least 14 days' notice by email to registered Members prior to the amendments taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
w4444 may suspend or terminate any Member's account immediately and without prior notice if: the Member breaches any provision of these Terms; w4444 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity; the Member is found to be under 21 years of age; or w4444 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.
Upon termination for breach, w4444 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and bonus-related winnings. Real Money Balances will be returned to the Member following completion of any required investigation and compliance review.
w4444 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform and may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time. w4444 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable. No compensation will be payable for interruptions to Platform availability.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which w4444 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through w4444's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents w4444 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it has a legitimate interest in protecting its rights, intellectual property, or security infrastructure.
Members located in Pakistan acknowledge that online gaming laws are evolving and that it is their personal responsibility to remain informed of and compliant with applicable local legislation. w4444 makes no representation as to the legality of online gaming under Pakistani domestic law and Members access the Platform at their own legal risk.
